Program Description

Loyalty Rewards

Spinelli Loyalty Rewards program lets you accumulate points when you purchase a vehicle at one of our dealerships or when you visit one of our service centres. The points you accumulate will be applicable toward your next purchase of a new, used or demo vehicle. That's Spinelli's guaranteed savings!

Eligibility

Anyone who has bought a new, used or demo vehicle from Spinelli is eligible for the program.

Rules

As an important client of a Spinelli Automotive dealership, we are confirming your membership in our exclusive "Spinelli Plus Loyalty Rewards" program.

Définitions

Client: An individual participating in the Spinelli Plus Loyalty Rewards program (with the exception of all Spinelli employees).

Spinelli: All Spinelli automotive dealerships.

Program: The Spinelli Plus Loyalty Rewards given to a client in recognition of his/her loyalty.

General Information

The present agreement applies to each transaction. It replaces all previous agreements between the client and Spinelli concerning the Program. We may conclude that the client has understood and accepted all the clauses of this agreement.

  1. Registration in the Program is done on an individual basis and once only. The name appearing on the account must be the legal name of the client. Accounts are for the use of individuals only and are therefore maintained only in the name of an individual. Points are neither transferable nor may they be left in a will or pooled.
  2. Spinelli Plus Loyalty Rewards have no monetary value.
  3. An account will automatically be cancelled upon the client's death.
  4. Reimbursement of Spinelli Plus Loyalty Rewards must be made to the legal name of the client appearing in our records. Proof of the client's identity may be requested at the time of registration.
  5. The client will accumulate points with every purchase made at Spinelli, subject to the terms of this agreement or of any promotion.
  6. Each point recorded in the client's account will have the value of one (1) Canadian dollar.
  7. Points will be credited to the client's account as follows:
Description Number of Points
Purchase of a new, used, demo or courtesy vehicle 100 upon subscription at the first visit to our Service Centre
Purchase of parts, service, bodywork (with the exception of tires and repairs paid by an insurance company) 10% of the bill paid by the client before taxes
Other promotions According to the terms and conditions of each promotion
  1. The points accumulated may be used in the following way: on the purchase of a new, used, demo or courtesy vehicle from Spinelli, up to a maximum of 750 points per transaction. All points exchanged will be refunded in the form of a cheque sent by mail for each transaction carried out at Spinelli.
  2. Points are not transferable or convertible into cash and must be used by a client registered in our files.
  3. 1The points used will be deducted from the client's account.
  4. After one year of inactivity (no transactions) at Spinelli, the client will have 90 days to use the points he or she has earned. If the client does not make use of his or her privileges during this period, the points will be cancelled.
  5. The client authorizes Spinelli to make corrections to his or her cumulative account to rectify any errors that may have occurred. The accumulated points indicated on service invoices may be adjusted to correct such errors.
  6. Dispute settlement: Spinelli has established a procedure to resolve any disputes arising from a transaction, statement of account or obligation on the part of the client. The client must contact the dealer in question to inquire about the procedure to follow.
  7. Spinelli reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time without prior notice. These modifications may affect, without limiting the overall terms and conditions described herein, the rules concerning the accumulation of points, the procedure for claiming points and the minimum activity levels required to maintain the account. The client is responsible for keeping up to date on these changes by consulting notices at the dealership. All new transactions carried out following the date of an amendment will be considered as acceptance of such amendments. Spinelli is not responsible for any omission on a statement of account.
  8. The client shall advise Spinelli of any change of address. Spinelli is not responsible for any problems caused by misdirected mail.
  9. Spinelli reserves the right to cancel the Program and any promotions at any time, without prior notice.
  10. If required, Spinelli may use the client's personal information to promote its services to him or her. The name and address of the client may be added to Spinelli's client list and given to other Spinelli dealerships for promotional purposes.
  11. The abuse of Program privileges, failure to respect the conditions of this agreement, any misrepresentation in the information provided by the client and any conduct that could interfere with the Program will result in the cancellation of the client's credits and/or advantages without prejudice to Spinelli's other rights and recourses as well as the possibility of a criminal suit.
  12. Spinelli is the final authority as regards the interpretation of the terms and conditions of this Program.
  13. The client may ask Spinelli to stop using the personal information given hereunder by contacting Spinelli's Customer Service Department.

This Agreement shall take effect on May 1, 2008
By agreeing to participate, the client indicates that he or she understands and accepts all Program terms and conditions.
